Glamour Berry: Re Modernise you old clothes stencils

Fabric stencils can be made easily by using cardboard. Once you have designed your stencil tape it in place and paint over it with fabric paint. (Let the paint dry before removing the stencil!)You are then free to glue or sew beads, gemstones, buttons or ribbons etc to it to make it a unique design all your own!

Tie Dye is another really messy way of changing that boring old T shirt you need to tie a piece of string around the neck of the T shirt to the bottom(make sure you are not wearing it at the time!!!!!). Then immerse it in your favourite colour dye following the instructions on the dye packet. When the T shirt is dry, remove the string and stand back in amazement at your artistic skill!

Use Fruit To Make You A Natural Beauty

Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables a day may seem boring and a bit yucky! However your Mum is right when she says it will keep you young and beautiful! Fruit contains important stuff that keeps you healthy on the inside and therefore beautiful on the outside, spots come from the inside out!

If that’s not enough to convince you to eat your fruit and vegetables then may be making a face mask out of them may.

Mash up a quarter of an avocado (they are the things that look like a wrinkle really dark green pear!), add this to 2 tablespoons of honey and an egg yolk (the yellow bit!!). Smear it over your face, avoiding your eyes and relax for about 15 mins. At the same time slice up 2 pieces of cucumber and place them over your eyes, this helps tired eyes, dark rings can be removed by a half of a fresh fig!

Make sure you are not allergic to any of the fruits/veg that you are planning do use.
How To Make An Icy Smoothie

Pour your Bigberry smoothie into a food bag, and seal it tightly

Fill a larger plastic bag with ice cubes. Put the food bag with the smoothie in, inside the large bag and tie it in a tight knot.

Take the bag outside and shake it for 5 mins (keeps you fit)!

Untie the knot and remove the food bag containing your icy smoothie.

Drink and enjoy!

Exercise daily: Exercise can be boring unless you find something you are good at and enjoy. We are lucky enough to live in quite an extreme landscape, we have the sea (so surfing, windsurfing and body boarding are all good exercise,) and the moorland (for walking, rock climbing, and orienteering.) Look up a local sports club; you may be surprised what “extreme” activities are available!

Get plenty of sleep! So you can work and play hard, it’s the only way you will be the best at what you do
